Our boron nitride crucible can be used at 1800 degrees under vacuum conditions and 2000 degrees under atmosphere protection conditions. It is best to use it in nitrogen or argon atmosphere and has the longest service life. Boron nitride crucible is resistant to thermal shock. It can be kept in a furnace at 1000 degrees for 20 minutes, taken out and cooled by blowing for hundreds of times without cracking. It can be cooled to room temperature within 10 minutes at 1500 degrees and repeated 100 times without cracking.
Notes:
1 The use temperature in the air is 900 degrees. If the temperature exceeds 900 degrees, the surface of boron nitride will oxidize when it comes into contact with oxygen.
2 Do not place the crucible in a humid area when not in use. Keep it sealed. It cannot be washed with water. If the surface is dirty, just wipe it with sandpaper.
3 It can replace tungsten-molybdenum metal crucibles, alumina, and graphite crucibles
