An electric heating element using boron nitride as an insulating material, including the outer tube of the electric heating tube.
The inner cavity of the outer tube of the electric heating tube includes a heating area and a cold end, and boron nitride powder is filled in the heating area and the cold end; an electric heating wire is arranged in the boron nitride powder in the heating area, and the boron nitride powder at the cold end is filled with boron nitride powder. A cold needle is arranged in the powder, and a spiral heat-dissipating surface is arranged on the surface of the outer tube of the electric heating tube. One end of the cold needle is connected with the heating wire, and the other end of the cold needle is protruded from the end of the cold end. The heat dissipation surface protrudes from the surface of the outer tube of the electric heating tube, and the cross section is an arc surface. The distance between the top of the heat dissipation surface and the surface of the outer tube of the electric heating tube is 1-2MM.
In this way, the power density, operating temperature, insulation grade and dielectric strength of the heating element can be effectively improved, and the heat exchange efficiency of the electric heating element can be improved at the same time.
