Fumed Titanium Dioxide is a high-purity and high-performance nanoscale titanium dioxide material. Our product has the following significant features: 
Mixed crystal structure: Rutile type is enveloped by anatase type, and the two phases of TiO2 are closely adjacent, providing excellent light scattering and UV shielding capabilities. 
Small particle size: The product has a unimodal structure with a normal particle size distribution, with a D50 of around 3 microns. After ultrasonic dispersion, it becomes a bimodal structure. 
Large specific surface area: The specific surface area ranges from 40 square meters/gram, providing excellent surface activity. 
High purity: The iron ion content is less than 40ppm, and the copper ion content is less than 10ppm, ensuring the high purity and stability of the material.

Application areas:

In the field of photocatalysis, anatase titanium dioxide has a wide bandgap and is difficult for photoelectrons and holes to recombine on the surface, resulting in better photocatalytic effects. It is widely used in air purification, disinfection, and sewage treatment.
Dye sensitized solar cells: As a key material for efficient dye sensitized solar cells, it improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the cells.
Silicone rubber: As a heat stabilizer and flame retardant, it improves the thermal stability and flame retardancy of silicone rubber.
Lithium battery: added to lithium batteries to improve their capacity and cycling stability, especially the stability of the discharge voltage platform during cycling.
Cosmetics, such as sunscreen, utilize their UV shielding ability to provide efficient sun protection.
